More About Me
Hi, I’m Eric Meyer — an audio engineer specializing in editing, mixing, and mastering for a wide range of creative projects, including music, podcasts, performances, video content, and more. Whether it’s a custom music cut for a dance recital, a local band’s debut EP, or a spoken word piece in need of clarity and warmth, I help your audio sound its best — and feel like you.
I bring a balanced perspective to every project: part technician, part musician. I’m a trained pianist and self-taught bassist, so I understand how emotional impact and technical precision go hand in hand. My workflow is adaptable — clean and polished for broadcast or corporate work, dynamic and expressive for music production, or a bit of both when projects cross genres and mediums.
I earned my Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music and Audio Production from Western Carolina University, graduating magna cum laude in Fall 2023. During my time there, I built a broad foundation in recording, mixing, and post-production, collaborating on projects across live performance, film, and digital media.
Over the years, I’ve mixed and edited everything from school showcases and recitals to independent releases and creative commissions. I primarily work in Logic Pro, but I’m fluent in Pro Tools and use a suite of industry-standard tools — including plugins from iZotope, FabFilter, Waves, and others — to ensure every project meets professional standards.
Above all, I care deeply about helping clients feel heard — in every sense of the word. Whether you’re an artist, educator, filmmaker, or small business owner, I meet you where you are and tailor the process to fit your goals, budget, and timeline.
If you’re looking for someone who listens closely, thinks creatively, and delivers reliable, release-ready audio, I’d love to connect.
